THE AREA
Main tourist center of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo owes its fame above all to the beauty of the area and its beaches.
Characteristic is the history of its name, which derives from its geographical aspect which recalls the shape of a deer.
The inhabited center of Porto Cervo, with its unmistakable square which is a meeting point for the international jet set, stands in a raised position with respect to the port.
In fact, there are numerous small promontories that host private villas and hotels and which throw themselves on the waters of Porto Cervo.
The port was built for the first time in the 1960s by Prince Karim Aga Khan IV who was struck by the natural beauty of the area. Several architects who worked on the project completed with the construction of the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club in 1967.
In the eighties the port was enlarged and modernized becoming one of the best equipped ports in the Mediterranean.
The beaches of the small and large Pevero of Porto Cervo are the most vivid and suggestive example of the natural beauty that the Costa Smeralda is able to offer its visitors. The most obvious natural feature of the Porto Cervo area is the roughness of its coast, which opens up in white clippings of fine sand, often more easily reached from the sea than from land. The waters, needless to say, are clear and of a wonderful blue which, in the lower seabed areas, become breathtaking emerald green.

The villa, equipped with WIFI and Air conditioning, is composed of a large living room with dining table and a bay window overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom with private bathroom and 2 other bathrooms for the other bedrooms.
The outdoor spaces include a large garden, a panoramic terrace furnished with deck chairs adjacent to the bedrooms and a dining table for outdoor dining , BBQ and private parking.
Olbia and Olbia airport are at 40 km by car.
The Villa enjoys the fragrances of Costa Smeralda and is a little paradise on earth for holidays full of comfort, sea and untouched nature, a perfect place for a stay with family or in couple in complete independence.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• The price of cleaning also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all guest
• The pool is open from 1st of June to October 14th
• Pets not allowed
• Deposit: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of € 500 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.
