The location is fantastic overlooking the water and in the middle of shops, cafe's and restaurants with the ferry being directly in front. Christian was available and helpful and facilitated an early check in for our family. These apartments were the highlight of our Italian holiday.”

Wonderful home in a fabulous location. Expect to hike up some stairs with your bags in order to have great views of Bellagio and Lake Como . Beds are comfie and linens are top quality. Small kitchen but you want to go out for dinner on the Lake anyway!! I’d definitely stay again!

Superb, modern and high quality apartment in a great location

This apartment has a perfect location in Bellagio. It’s very central with a view of the lake. This was a perfect spot in Lake Como and an easy base to explore the other towns. Highly recommended.

Fabulous home; excellent location; spotless. Couldn't be better!

The location is perfection for walking all around Bellagio. The hosts are wonderful at communicating and helpful with the checkin process. The space was clean and spacious, with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. The AC was wonderful for sleeping and having free laundry on site was convenient. Beautiful place, view and stay...thank you!

Perfection possibly! This apartment is impeccable, large, spacey, modern in an old building with a stunning view up Lake Como and the most perfect location in all of Bellagio as far as I can judge. Our family of 6 loved our stay here. The little balcony was lovely to watch and listen to the tranquility and buzz of activity in Bellagio. Each room has an ensuite and gorgeous large shuttered windows throughout. Christian, our host was so warm and endearing. We felt completely at ease . Our expectations were exceeded!

Truly a gorgeous space in the middle of beautiful Bellagio. Plenty of separate space (including separate bathrooms) in three bedrooms. Stunning views of the lake. Would return again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous view of Lake Bellagio and right in the centre of the Bellagio town. You don't need to leave the view really! Great renovation with 3 bedrooms each with a quality bathroom ensuite( 3 in total ). Fabulous kitchen. Check in and assistance throughout the stay was excellent. Highly recommended. Really don't think you could do much better

This place is the best place we’ve stayed in Bellagio! The view is beautiful, the apartment was clean and well-decorated. The location couldn’t be better at the bottom of the Via Serbelloni. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A most beautiful apartment with top quality contents with a separate exclusive use of a laundry and sundeck. Each bedroom had its own en-suite. The location was perfect with direct views of the beautiful Lake Como. I was so happy with this decision when we arrived and the reviews were spot on (though I found them hard to believe). I would absolutely stay here again, as would my travelling companions. Please keep the place as amazing as it is!

We fell in love with Bellagio and our stay at Klabhouse was one of the main reasons for it! The location was perfectly situated within walking distance to all the restaurants, docks and amenities we were expecting to accomplish during our stay. Everything felt brand new, rooms were decent size, had a great view and felt like we were secure with the front gate and door locks. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Como!

“The house is in a perfect location and very cosy and clean. There are many first class restaurants and bars nearby. With the ferry you can quickly visit the surrounding villages and plan nice trips. Christian, was very helpful and kind! there is a delicatessen nearby with fresh bread, cheese, meat etc. "

Stayed 6 nights in both the List Home & Attic. Location was perfect. Close to all restaurants & shopping. Ferries to other local towns were only a two minute walk away. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was very helpful at shower time. Christian (management) emailed daily to see if everything was OK, and was very attentive but not intrusive. A perfect spot.

Our experience at the Liszt Home was absolutely fantastic, and the panoramic vista of Lake Como left us in awe. The house is conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from the ferry, a variety of restaurants, and enticing shopping options. The Klabhouse team went above and beyond to meet and even exceed our expectations. They were unfailingly responsive to our inquiries and offered excellent local recommendations. One standout mention goes to Massimo, our driver from the recommended taxi company, whose service we were thoroughly impressed with. As we were en route to the airport, a minor panic set in when we realized we had left an item behind. Swiftly, we reached out to Lucy from Klabhouse to inform her about the situation. In no time, Lucy responded, reassuring us that they had successfully retrieved the forgotten item and promptly arranged for its safe return to us. Our family is eagerly anticipating our next visit to the Liszt house for another memorable family vacation.
