Porto Rafael is located in the locality of the same name Porto Rafael, in the municipality of Palau.
The small beaches have a rather coarse pink sand bottom, characterized by the presence of small rocks.
The beaches are located in the area of the Porto Rafael village, in the eastern part of Punta Sardegna, in front of the island of Santo Stefano and have the characteristic blue color of the clear waters and the presence of rounded granite rocks.
The village presents itself as an exclusive destination and is very well equipped, even for boats.
The center of the village, called the square, opens up to the view of Cala Inglese, called the Porto Rafael swimming pool, characterized by clear and transparent waters.
The nineteenth-century military fortress that dominates the whole area is very suggestive.
