• How can I book a holiday home?
On our web site you can find all the information and book your ideal holiday home directly.
Reservations can be made on www.klabhouse.com or through our web partners.
• Are my personal information and privacy safe?
All the personal data collected on KlabHouse.com at time of booking are registered with a code system that totally guarantees your security.
• What do I have to pay at check-in?
In addition to the cost of the reservation there might be some extras to be paid in cash upon check in.
The extra charges are specified in the description of apartment and in the” booking confirmation”.
• Why must I pay a security deposit on arrival?
The security deposit is designed to ensure the owner against possible damages to the property that may occur during your stay.
Please note that, if the property is damaged during your stay, you will have to discuss the compensation with the owner.
The deposit also serves as a guarantee that the property will be made clean and in good condition at the end of the stay.
• How do I get my deposit back?
The damage deposit is returned at the time of check-out by the owner or by the person in charge for check-in and check-out .

• How much does the final cleaning cost?
The final cleaning fee is included in the final price, unless it specified differently in the description and in the “booking voucher”.
• What travel documents do I need?
At the time of booking you will receive an automatic “booking voucher” message from the system (if you wrote in your e-mail address) where everything will be specified.
• How far in advance is it possible to book?
Every booking can be made for the current season.
Starting from the middle of the season it is also possible to book for the next season.
If the accommodation you chose is not available for the next season, we kindly ask you to contact us.
It’s also possible to ask for an option on the following season.
• How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
If the booking has been made through KlabHouse.com, it’s possible to change it or cancel it directly on www.klabhouse.com.
If the booking has been made through another web site, it’s possible to modify or cancel it only on that particular web site.

FAQ - CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
• How do I reach my holiday home and who will give me the keys to access?
With the” booking voucher” KlabHouse.com send you the exact address and the GPS link to arrive at the apartment or at the meeting point for key collection.
The person in charge for check-in and check-out will be waiting there.
In the “booking voucher” you will find the name and the phone number of your person in charge who will be responsible also for what you may need during your stay.
• What should I do if I am late for check-in?
You are kindly requested to send an SMS to your person in charge one day before your arrival to communicate your arrival time.
For any delay reported in advance there might be an additional cost to be contributed in cash to the person in charge for your check-in.
For each delay not reported in advance we are not able to guarantee access to the property on your arrival day.
• What should I do if I depart before the time of check-out?
You must communicate in advance the departure time to your person in charge which, after checking the condition of the property, will give you back your security deposit.
FAQ on HOLIDAY HOMES
• What is the interior design like?
Each property is decorated and equipped by the owner with his personal taste.
Every accommodation has its own character and features.
All kitchens are equipped with the basic tools and, in many places, also some appliances are included (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, etc…)
You can find a detailed list of the house equipment in the description of each property.
• Is it possible to bring more people?
In many properties, it’s possible to bring 1 child under 3 years old for free, however, we should always be informed in advance.
Every occupation that exceed the maximum number of persons allowed must always be requested in advance, because normally it’s not allowed accommodate more people than the ones mentioned on the description of the house.
Also it is not allowed to use camping tents, camper, caravans in the garden to host other people.
In these cases we advise you to rent another property nearby.
• Are in the apartment bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels?
Yes, we provide bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels for all the guests in the house.
• Is there any cleaning equipment in the house?
Each property is equipped with cleaning products for daily cleaning.
• Are the expenses for electricity, gas, water and heating included?
The expenses for electricity, gas, water and heating are included in the rent.
However , we kindly ask to make sure to not leave the lights or other appliances on, when you don’t need them or when you leave.
