IL FARO by KlabHouse is a beachfront apartment located in the heart of Santa Margherita and equipped with private parking, WIFI and Air Conditioning.

Located on the second floor with lift, it is composed of a large living room with sea view, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Thanks to its positions it has easy access to the historic center with shops and restaurants and the beach on the otherside of the road.

The Private Parking is 400 meters from the apartment, the train station and the bus stop are only 300 meters away.

The apartment of 120 square meters can host up to 6 guests plus baby and is composed of:
-Living Room with large windows and sea view equipped with comfortable sofas and dining table for 4/6 people.
-Modern kitchen with Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine
-1 Master Bedroom with sea view and private bathroom with shower

FINAL CLEANING FEE: also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay.
DEPOSIT: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of € 300 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.

Known as the Pearl of the Tigullio, it's one of the most important tourist resorts of the Riviera Ligure, famous for its elegance, its beaches and its nightlife featuring international fashion shops and restaurants.
The Tigullio Gulf is a succession of breathtaking bays as Portofino, Paraggi, the roadstead of Santa Margherita Ligure, San Michele di Pagana and the Gulf of Rapallo up to Zoagli.

Surroundings
-Camogli occupies the valley to the west of Portofino, overlooking the Golfo Paradiso. It's a typical fishing village, a tourist center known for its harbor and the colorful buildings along the mare. Camogli is famous throughout Europe as the "City of the Thousand White Sailing Ships". His extraordinary sailing tradition is in fact one of the more notable tourist attractions.

-San Fruttuoso is set in a deep bay, almost a pearl in the rugged coast of Portofino. It features a magical abbey dating back to the year one thousand, around which there is a small beach, a church, the tower of the Doria and a few fishermen's cottages that are reflected in the emerald blue sea, on a background of dark green pines.

-Cinque Terre are a national park, one of the least contaminated natural areas of the Mediterranean. The human activities, especially the wine growing and the "dry walls", have create a landscape that is unique in the world. All of this together with a crystalline sea have made the Cinque Terre the favored destination for both Italian and foreign tourists.
