The GRECALE Portofino by KlabHouse is a little villa located inside the Portofino Natural Park that will give you the opportunity to live a unique experience staying at few meters from the famous Piazzetta and the Brown Castle.
The property is surrounded by greenery and offers a splendid sea view on Portofino. It is composed of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, arranged on 3 separate floors, equipped with air conditioning and a terrace with dining table and relax area with comfortable sofas, and a garden with Portofino view.
Your stay will begin after a short walk through the famous Piazzetta, the boutiques and yachts of Portofino and you will find yourself in front of the entrance from a cave, at the end of it there is an elevator that will bring you directly at home.
You can park the car inside the public car park in Portofino at a cost of €50,00 per day and, during your stay, you can easily visit Portofino by walk without using the car.
The famous beach of Paraggi is 3 kilometers away and can be reached by walk or by bus

The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and is composed as follows:

* No parties may be held at the house.
* Check in from 15.00 - Check out 10:00
* Final Cleaning Fee: also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay.
* Deposit: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of € 500 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.
* Local Tax: the price does not include: € 2,50 (over 15) per night to be paid upon check-in.
*Documents of all guests will be required for registration required by Italian law.

Surroundings
-San Fruttuoso is set in a deep bay, almost a pearl in the rugged coast of Portofino. It features a magical abbey dating back to the year one thousand, around which there is a small beach, a church, the tower of the Doria and a few fishermen's cottages that are reflected in the emerald blue sea, on a background of dark green pines.

The human activities, especially the wine growing and the "dry walls", have create a landscape that is unique in the world.
