Located on the second floor of a house in the heart of the historic center of Bellagio, it's just a few meters from the lake, the beach and the ferry port.
The famous shops and restaurants of Bellagio are under the house, the Lido beach is 500 meters away.
The public parking is about 300 meters away.

FINAL CLEANING FEE: also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay.
DEPOSIT: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of € 200 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.
LOCAL TAXES: € 3,00 per night per person for a maximum of 7 nights -, to be left in cash at check out. Exempted lesser than 12s

The apartment is situated in a limited traffic access zone.
we recommend to not reach Bellagio by car as there are no parking,
we suggest to leave the car in Como , Lecco or Milan and reach Bellagio by public transport

ATTRACTIONS
-Villa Melzi
The gardens of Villa Melzi stretch along the shore of the lake and hills and blend into the framework of the Bellagio peninsula that divides the two branches of Lake Como.
All 'inside of the gardens you can admire the villa, the chapel and the orangery, now a historical museum.

-Lido of Bellagio
Located between the Bellagio center and the gardens of Villa Melzi Lido offers a beach equipped with gazebos and sun beds for relaxing in the sun, and provides a catering service for a light lunch. In the afternoon, Lido turns into a place where you can sip a cocktail at sunset.

-Tour around Bellagio by motorized train
Starting from the deck of the ferry to Bellagio, through the Town Park full of plants of every kind will come to the Gothic Villa. In front of the Hotel Belvedere you can see a vast lawn planted with olive trees, which are still used for the production of our olive oil. Then you reach the square of the characteristic village of Loppia where you can see the last 2 copies of Gondolas of Lario, the Romanesque church and the Villa Gerli.
Finally we get to St. John to visit the Museum of Instruments of Navigation.
The train operates from May to September, does not operate in bad weather.

- In the marina of Loppia there is the Taxi Boat Service conducted by Ezio Gilardoni and Angelo Verri to make excursions in the blue waters of the lake up to Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Comacina island.
